Classes were canceled due to a fire in Chicago. I sat down in the lobby of the film building for five hours drawing this. I would occasionally go outside to smoke. I drank green tea. I had a class later in the evening. Now I’m here.

Concept for a stop motion character. Working on it with a classmate. Columbia almost went up in flames. News at 11.

Life’s been odd. I recently turned 22. Maybe I’m just growing up.

Someone close to me when I was real young died recently. I’ll miss you Aunt Cathy, & I’m sorry I couldn’t have seen you before you passed away. You were one of the happiest people on my father’s side of the family, & I hope now that you’re gone some of that open-mindedness & happiness you had can rub off on them. I’ll try and post some more artwork later.

maybe more tomorrow. In other news I have an unnerving feeling that I’m going to do badly this semester.

stuff for animation production studio. more if I decide to draw tonight.
